The route for the 2008 RAGBRAI -- that's the Des Moines Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa -- includes our Greene County seat of Jefferson as an overnight stop on Monday, July 21. Christie Vilsack's columns appearing here can also be reprinted, for a fee of $100 and with mandatory attribution that they appeared first on this Internet site. Chuck Offenburger handles the arrangements for reprinting her work.
